If you’re the honored guest at a dinner party, you may be presented with a special delicacy at the end of a meal — the eyeballs. So just be forewarned that if you are in China and a whole fish — eyeballs and all — is served, you may be presented them to eat at the end of the meal. The same may hold true if you are dining on a whole lamb or its head in other countries, such as Jordan.
