Short But Sweet Hot Springs, Arkansas, home to the official shortest street in the world, began serving up their annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade in 2004. It took place the length of Bridge Street — all 98 feet of it — and has since grown to attract tens of thousands of visitors every year. It’s a parody parade featuring such interesting participants as a group of 100 Elvis impersonators, a portly, balding dance troupe call Lards of the Dance, and one fire truck.
