7. Abita Brewing Company (Abita Springs, Louisiana)

The clean, pure water of Abita Springs has attracted visitors for centuries. In 1986, the brewery was established to take advantage of the crisp waters from the springs. Abita Brewing Company was the first Gulf Coast brewery to come back online after Hurricane Katrina. Profits from their Restoration Ale still benefit reconstruction in the affected areas.
