8. Foz do Iguacu

The largest waterfalls in the entire world bring the collected might of the rainforest to roll off of cliff edges where Brazil meets Argentina. Visiting these falls is easy with a wealth of resorts nearby, but more hardcore trekkers can make the trip in by raft (and debunk before they fall over the edge). In addition to the falls, swarms of butterflies make the Foz do Iguacu their home, sending colorful clouds into the air whenever you come near.
