Everyone has heard a horror story or two about traveling on a cruise ship. When you see promotional pictures for cruise lines they are full of clear skies and blue waters. In reality cruise ships are leaving behind a great amount of waste with each voyage. The average 7 week trip on a medium sized ship can create up to 210,000 gallons of black water, enough to fill nearly 10 backyard pools.
