At age 39 Anna Nicole Smith, Playboy bunny and reality television actress, was found dead in the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. After suffering from a flu-like sickness for a week, in which she was self-medicating, she was discovered dead with infected injection spots in her buttocks from taking drugs.
