10. The people of Guam are a diverse bunch!

Though there is some cliché that many tourists expect out of their island visits, Guam bucks the notion completely. Due to the historical changes in the island, Guam hosts a wide array of different races and religions. The island of Guam has a large population of Filipinos, Chinese, Micronesian, Koreans, and the local Chamorros. Guam is thought of as a port city for the rest of Micronesia.
