3. Philippines

Filipinos are an extremely sensitive bunch. Confrontation in any form is avoided. While in the US and the UK a strong handshake is somehow considered an admirable character trait, in the Philippines it is considered to be extremely aggressive behavior. A handshake here will be much weaker and done with a limp hand.
